Look forward to traditional cheese samples throughout the day, and join us for the plant-based cheese showcase. Have your socks knocked off to discover homemade dairy-free cheese that tastes equally as good without the cholesterol and saturated fat! Samples will include ‘queso/nacho cheese dip,’ a charcuterie spreadable cheese, feta, and a more traditionally Tex-Mex “queso blanco.” Prepare to be surprised!

In our class we’ll be treated to a short lecture by Dr. Neal Barnard from George Washington University, we’ll discuss and reflect together, then enjoy a cooking demonstration of 3 practical recipes for getting started. You will receive recipes, Physician Committee for Responsible Medicine literature on the topic and other helpful documents to keep.
