A month or so into the summer and joy-filled weight management, actually feeling full, and not counting calories still seems like a good idea…but ideally without missing out on all of the summer fun food! Please join me for an exciting class filled with empowering information on how to actually keep a healthy weight while also improving your overall health in all major categories- heart (cholesterol/blood pressure), brain, hormone and cancer + diabetes prevention. You will be delighted to learn the immense power of food on our health and weight, and to learn recipes that taste delicious, even for non-plant focused eaters, and are practical to make. We'll hear a lecture from a registered dietician at the Barnard Medical Center in Washington D.C., discuss and continue our discussion while watching cooking demonstrations of 3 delicious and practical recipes. You will also receive recipes, PCRM literature on the topic and other helpful documents to keep. As a reminder, the zoom link will be emailed to you the day before class.
