Join Kelsey as she leads a discussion and demonstrates how to prepare 3 delicious recipes following a video of a physician-led lecture outlining the latest scientific research in medical literature showcasing the incredible power of food on our brains, and its ability to maintain memory throughout the decades… including for those genetically predisposed to Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia (carriers of APOE). As a reminder, the zoom link will be emailed to you the day before class.
